Returns Policy

 

Whilst we hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, should you need to return your item then you can usually do so within 14 days of receiving the item. Any cost involved with returning an item is at the customers expense. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

You will need to notify our sales team to inform them that you would like to make a return within the 14 day period and will need to obtain a return authorisation number prior to returning your item. Upon receiving return authorisation you will be provided with the details for return. It is recommended that all items are returned via a signed delivery service. We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post.

All items returned must be unused, in perfect condition, in the original packaging and be in perfect working order. The original item packaging must be fully present and intact.

Please note: No returns can be accepted for credit unless previously agreed by us. A charge of 20% of invoice value or a minimum of £10 will be levied on Goods “not wanted” or “incorrectly ordered”, or due to duplication resulting from a “confirmation” order not being endorsed to that effect. We must receive all goods returned under this category, within 14 days of the original invoice date. You will bear all the costs of returning any Goods under this category. All items returned as faulty are liable to manufacturer inspection. We cannot guarantee replacement or credit; a warranty repair may be given.

Please note that returns for locksmith tools are subject to prior approval and are not possible in all cases due to the nature of the product. You can contact us to check whether your item would be suitable for a return prior to purchasing.

 

We do not offer an exchange service of any kind.

 

Please note that if you reside outside of the EU your purchase may be liable to import taxes and duties. If you return your item to us, we are unable to refund any of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further details as they may be able to help advise further on this.

 

Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that haven’t yet been dispatched it may be possible and cancel your order before it is sent. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order to see if this is possible. If your order has already been shipped please follow the instructions detailed above for processing a refund.  

 

Items are classified as faulty only if they have been received damaged or in the event that a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not classed as a manufacturing fault. Please contact us for further infomation on this matter.
