An order or service for goods placed by you, the buyer, through our website shall be subject to these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under any applicable law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

Key Machine Safety

In order to ensure safe operation of machines supplied it is your responsibility to have read and fully understood all instructions and safety guides that have been provided with the machine.

Order Cancellation

​

 

THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD reserve the right to cancel the order between us in the case of the following;  there is insufficient stock levels in able to deliver the goods that have been ordered; we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to human error. In the instance that THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and refund you in full within 30 days of your order. THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment that may be suffered.

All specifications of the goods on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and will not form part of the contract for the purchase of the goods.

 

THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any goods featured, information, database or content or restrict access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability.

Liability

 

If you do not receive goods ordered within 7 days of the date the order was placed, then you must notify us within 40 days of the date on which the order was placed. THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD shall have no liability unless you notified by email or by telephone.

 

THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD do not accept liability for any consequential loss claims arising from late deliveries or failure of our products.

 

THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD and its employees accept no responsibility for any liability resulting from the use or misuse of any item(s) purchased from this site. Loss, damage or expense of any kind is your sole responsibility.

 

No employees or other person acting or purporting to act on behalf of THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD are authorised to agree or effect any alteration in these terms or make or give any representation or warranty in relation to the goods or services save only that a Director of THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD may in writing agree such alterations or make or give such representations or warranties.

Returns

 

Whilst we hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, should you need to return your item then you can usually do so within 14 days of receiving the item. Any cost involved with returning an item is at the customers expense.  Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Correctly supplied goods which are returned will be subject to a 20.0% handling charge. Any items specially ordered will not be accepted for credit unless faulty.

 

You will need to notify us that would like to make a return within the 14 day period and will need to obtain a return authorisation number prior to returning your item. Upon receiving return authorisation you will be provided with the details for return. It is recommended that all items are returned via a signed delivery service. We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post.

 

All items returned must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging and be in perfect working order. The original item packaging must be fully present and intact.

 

We do not offer an exchange service of any kind.

Please note that returns for locksmith tools are subject to prior approval and are not possible in all cases due to the nature of the product. You can contact us to check whether your item would be suitable for a return prior to purchasing.

 

Please note that if you reside outside of the EU your purchase may be liable to import taxes and duties. If you return your item to us, we are unable to refund any of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further details as they may be able to help advise further on this.

 

Distance Selling Regulations gives the consumer the right to cancel an order and receive a full refund. For orders that haven’t yet been dispatched it may be possible and cancel your order before it is sent. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order to see if this is possible. If your order has already been shipped please follow the instructions detailed above for processing a refund.

Damaged or Shortage of Goods

 

Damage or shortage of goods found by the buyer must be notified to THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD within three days of delivery. Failure to do so will free THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD from any liability in this respect.

Pricing

Prices shall be as ruling at the date of despatch. THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD reserve the right to adjust the prices of our goods on the website.

Discount Coupon and Promotion Codes

 

Promotion codes are valid as 1 per customer per purchase, and use is at discretion of the company. If goods ordered are out of stock at the time of purchase then a full refund will be made.

 

The Coupon will expire on/at the date/time as stated. If no time is stated then it will expire at 23:59 local time on the day stated. The time quoted is the time that the Order must be submitted by online and acknowledged by THM KEY CUTTING MACHNES LTD.

 

All discount coupons are valid for use ony online at www.thmkey.co.uk . It is not valid for orders taken via telephone Sales representatives unless otherwise stated. THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD reserves the right not to give coupon discount if the applicable online store is not operational for any reason

 

If you use a coupon and subsequently cancel or return the order, the Coupon will no longer be valid and the respective value may not be reapplied to another order. If you return your order, the refund amount will be the purchase price paid LESS the value of the Coupon. Coupon may not be redeemed for cash and is nontransferable. Taxes, shipping, handling, and other fees are extra, vary and are not subject to discount, unless otherwise specified.

 

Pricing, specifications, availability, and terms of offer may change without notice. All orders are subject to approval. THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD is not responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors, omissions, or consequences of misuse of site and its functions.

Carriage

 

Delivery is charged at the rates displayed on the website. No liability will be accepted by THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD for non-delivery or delay in delivery caused by failure of service from the courier.

Third Party Rights

A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.

Buyers Terms

 

THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD does not recognise any terms and conditions of contract supplied by the Buyer unless any such terms and conditions are specifically acknowledged and agreed in writing by a Director of THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD. Execution of, compliance with, or implementation of orders does not imply acceptance of the Buyer's terms and conditions.

Statutory Rights

All orders whether verbal or written are subject to these terms but nothing in these shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of the Buyer.

Governing Law 

​

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that may arise between us.

Unfair Contract Terms

 

THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD has drawn these Terms of Business in the light of the Unfair Contract Terms act 1977 and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1994 and considers them to be fair and reasonable and its prices are based on contracts made on these conditions. If the Buyer considers these terms to be unreasonable he must inform THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD in writing before any contract is made, otherwise he will be deemed to have accepted that THM KEY CUTTING MACHINES LTD's term are fair and reasonable.
